!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
This is significant because I totally remember hooning the shit out of this VERY CAR not 6 months ago at a Kia dealer here in Orlando. AP1 with black wheels, low miles and AP2 shifter. It was a beautiful car and I enjoyed every second of that drive.
RIP, hopefully I'll be able to save one from the same fate in a few months.

Certificate of Destruction? From what I remember, you can register a car with one of these in like Kentucky, and then transfer the KY Rebuilt Title to any state.
Why does Florida issue these?
